The Spice of Life features a number of the best up and coming musicians, having previously hosted gigs by Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Cat Stevens,  The Sex Pistols, Soweto Kinch, and Jamie Cullum.  If you play in a band, or fancy a solo spot, take your instrument down on a Monday for the open mic night, or on Tuesday for the Blues Jam.  Wednesday and Thursday evenings, as well as Friday lunchtimes see a number of national and international jazz acts.
