Eat fantastic, reasonably priced Italian food in a bacaro in Soho
A plan by: DavidC

Is this the coolest Bacaro in London? It must be pretty close. What's a Bacaro? No idea, but whatever it is, it is incredible.

The food in this super-cool but friendly little restaurant in Soho is amazing, and is backed up by a superb wine list. The idea here is "small plates" a bit like Italian tapas. Order a few dishes as you like, you can order more if it doesn't fill you up, and you still won't be paying anything like west end restaurant prices.

When your WhatAPlan agent visited this place they forgot to charge us for the wine. WAP reluctantly pointed this out to them, and the friendly waitress said to forget it! So that's the vibe here, just can't get enough of it.

DOWNSIDE: You can't make reservations here, so the queue often stretches out of the door (although think they now do reservations at lunch time). That said, the ambience of the place is lovely, and you can enjoy a drink whilst you wait.

WAP TIP: Try getting there a bit late after some evening drinks, between 9.30 and 10 and the wait shouldn't be too long.
