Have a super time at Regents Park Open Air Theatre
A plan by: DavidC

This is a fantastic option for a summer’s evening. The plays put on here are very, good with enormously elaborate sets constructed for each production. A lovely idea is to come and have a picnic in Regent’s Park in the late afternoon, followed by a watching a play here. The theatre also plays host to music and comedy as well, which it is also a great venue for. Jose Gonzalez, Jimmy Carr, Daniel Kitson and David O’Doherty are some of the super people that have played here recently. There is also a huge bar underneath the theatre, which has a lovely atmosphere when an event is on.

WAP tip 1: Do come prepared in case it rains, as often they just carry on! Makes one feel very English (and wet).

WAP tip 2: The seats here are not the most comfortable, so a picnic blanket or cushion is advised.

WAP tip 3: If Daniel Kitson ever plays this place again, you really must go!
