London’s most famous comedy venue has been open since 1979. This venue is absolutely great for live comedy; it is a large space but is nearly always full. All the top comedians have played this venue, and with central London overrun with comedy venues you are guaranteed quality if you go here.

WAP tip: On the last Monday of the month they run “King Gong” which is a cheap show (£10) where the audience get to vote-off upcoming comedians mid-set. It is a bit of bear-pit, but it is wonderful to watch, schadenfreude at its best!
