Tucked up a winding street in Hampstead you could be forgiven for thinking that the Holly Bush was in some quaint English village. Furnished with wooden booths and a fireplace that roars during the winter, it is the perfect place for a pint after a hearty walk on Hampstead Heath. The food is simple and traditional, but equally satisfying. Find the pub by turning right out of Hampstead tube onto Heath Street, and then take the lane on the left up to Holly Mount.
