Explore Ethiopian Cuisine at Lalibela Ethiopian Restaurant
A plan by: garethfryer
Ethiopian cuisine may not be at the top of everyone’s list to try, but it is well worth a trip to Lalibela restaurant in Kentish Town. Decked out in colourful fabrics and wooden furnishings, Ethiopian jazz greets you as you enter this unusual establishment. The main staple in Ethiopia is injera, a large, sour pancake, often served with spicy stews on top. Tuck in with your fingers and imagine you are in the real Lalibela. Don’t forget to try the coffee, where the beans are roasted at your table, a great tradition in Ethiopia.
