If you’re on the hunt for an up-market American diner style meal, Automat is your place. It ticks these boxes: Buttermilk pancakes and waffles available at brunch Brisket and Po’Boys at lunch Burgers and Mac&Cheese at dinner It also ticks boxes for those less desperate to fill their ‘Americana’ craving. Automat actually serves good American brasserie style food too (steak and foie gras). Automat isn't really honest to American diner food, but I think this as close to it as Mayfair will get. Especially as they do list 'fried eggs' as a side.
