Recently refurbished, and much better for it, this buzzy pub with a beautiful floral roof terrace is a great place to spend an afternoon with mates?grab a jug of Pimm's and head up onto the roof and watch the world pass you by on the common below. Situated just near the tube in Clapham's old town, the bar also has plenty of TVs (they sometimes also show matches on the terrace), so you won't miss any sporting action! There's also a popular and hugely competitive quiz on Tuesday nights and offers a range of fairly cheap, fairly good Thai food.
